Training cooperations

In order to meet the demands of a company in today's fast-moving global competition, training must be as good and comprehensive as possible. That is why we conduct the basic training of our machinist apprentices together with the training workshop of our strong cooperation partner Miele.

This cooperation ensures the best conditions for our apprentices to start, and also to continue, their careers.

IWN maintains good contacts with many universities and scientific institutes in the region. We offer students all the opportunities they need to successfully complete their practical phases for Bachelor's and Master's degree programmes with us – and with us.

In joint projects, e.g. with students from Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences and the Technical University in Lemgo, we develop new approaches and evaluate optimization potential.

Since November 2022, IWN has been the business partner of the Martin-Niemöller-Comprehensive-School Bielefeld. The cooperation between our school partner and us was initiated and supported by the working group SchuleWirtschaft in the employers' association Bielefeld and by the project Cooperation IHK - School - Economy of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Ostwestfalen zu Bielefeld.
IWN supports the Martin-Niemöller-Comprehensive-School in a variety of career orientation projects for pupils.

From June 2019 to June 2023, Kuhlo Realschule Bielefeld was our partner in the project cooperation IHK - School - Business. As a business partner, we provided students and teachers with insights into the day-to-day work of a modern medium-sized supplier. In return, the secondary school supported us, among other things, with performances by the school choir at company events. 

However, the Kuhlo Realschule was dissolved in June 2023. This was also the end of our partnership.
