Quality

Our goals are satisfied customers, motivated employees, and the constant reduction of the error level in all areas.

For us, quality means: firmly defined process sequences, test methods, steering and reaction plans and work descriptions.

This is the basis for achieving the zero-defect target as standard. To this end, every product passes through all the necessary mechanisms: the guarantee for the highest level of quality - from order to delivery.

Quality from IWN: Precise and process-reliable, with letter and seal.

Company Guidelines

Policy on “Quality – Environment – Occupational Safety – Energy”

Following the motto “Technology for You!”, we emphasize our commitment to:

  • securing jobs by expanding our position in the market
  • continuously improving products, processes, working conditions and framework conditions
  • promoting occupational safety and health protection
  • preserving the natural environment, as the basis of life for future generations

Through the principles laid down in the management system, we secure the standards already achieved at IWN and continue to build on them.

  • Satisfied customers – are our top priority in all our activities and are our ultimate corporate goal. This applies to both external and “internal” customers, who we aim to treat in the same way in terms of customer satisfaction.
  • Zero-defect principle – serves to guide us in our products, processes and the prevention of occupational accidents. In doing so, it is an obligation for every employee to participate in the continuous improvement process (CIP).
  • Measurable targets – we continuously pursue and thus systematically ensure the achievement of our corporate policy and our corporate goals. Each employee is involved in the goal achievement process so that they can do everything in their workplace to achieve defined goals.
  • Environmental protection – observance of and compliance with laws, official regulations and other requirements is obligatory for all our employees and in all our activities.
  • Energy – systematically and sustainably reducing the consumption of any energy within the company and avoiding unnecessary consumption is one of our contributions to global resource, climate and environmental protection.
  • Conservation of resources – it is an obligation for us to proceed with raw materials and energy considering the conservation of resources in the constructive design of new products and processes, as well as in procurement.
  • Occupational safety – compliance with relevant regulations is a matter of course for each of us. Together, we are also committed to continuously optimizing safety in all areas, thus ensuring the health of all employees.
  • Health – is the highest asset of any employee. That is why workplace safety always takes precedence over other aspects when performing work tasks. This is part of our corporate culture and contributes to our company’s success.
  • Leading by example – we take on this role at IWN vis-à-vis society. In this way, we want to demonstrate that quality, environmental protection, occupational safety, energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness are not mutually exclusive. At IWN, competent attention to these aspects also leads to the necessary success.
  • Cooperative partnership – is laid down in the corporate policy for implementation with customers, suppliers and external bodies (local authorities, supervisory authorities, BG, ...).
  • Know-how – we make it available to our customers as partners in the selection of technologies and solutions to achieve environmentally compatible, efficient and cost-effective solutions.
  • Adhering to these principles of action – is primarily a management responsibility for all tasks. At the same time, however, it also represents the obligation for each employee and therefore also applies to compliance with the binding obligations.

This way, we want to strengthen our competence internally and externally by acting as a role model and providing reliability and credibility to our partners. I commit all of us at IWN to this.
