IWN Academy
Our task is to support our employees in the best possible way so that they achieve their professional goals.
Since 2018, the cornerstone of constant employee development has been the IWN Academy. Under this umbrella term, we combine qualification measures for employee development, but also instructions for occupational safety, cleanliness and orderliness.
Every month, we develop new on-screen instructions and training videos that our workforce can access via a knowledge database with keyword research on any computer in the IWN network.
Our on-screen instructions create automated course certificates. We manage these records via the special “Consic Caps” qualification matrix software, thus maintaining an overview of the qualifications of all employees. The goal-oriented development and promotion of IWN staff is thus achieved.

The various e-learning courses impart knowledge and promote the skills of our staff. They train the complexities of methods, safety and cleanliness, company processes, skills, machine operation and specialist knowledge.
In addition, the courses support us in the familiarisation process for employees who are assigned to new areas of responsibility. Complex topics are divided into several short individual topics that require less than 20 minutes of attention. The topics can be explored in several e-learning sessions on different dates, or in a block one after the other. This makes it possible to adapt the course to the individual staff member.
