Work student jobs have a professional proximity to the subject of study, unlike "jobbing" (e.B. waiters). They are therefore a good preparation for later professional life and an ideal opportunity for students to earn something extra.

Companies are very happy to hire factory students in order to discover young talents as early as possible, to promote them, to incorporate them in a targeted manner and to bind them to the company in the long term.
