VariQtire Pressure control system

Tire pressure regulation in agriculture reduces slipage of the tractors in the field by approximately 15 %. Increasing the tire‘s footprint preserves the soil and leads to higher yields. Optimal tire pressure for heavy machinery ensures safety on the road and improved driving comfort. The fully integrated, maintenance-free tire pressure regulation system, VariQtire, is available for both single and dual tires. The system can be easily retrofitted to all agricultural vehicles, setting new safety standards.

The application of liquid agents in agriculture is indispensable. From an environmental and resourcesaving perspective, the partial, traceable, and optimally dosed use of these agents is essential. The PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) valve, VariQspray pro, offers a precise and reproducible adjustment range of 20–100% and is suitable for spot application. Despite the high variability in agent dosing, the sensor valve provides continuous function and flow monitoring for seamless and precise documentation of the application quantity via GPS.

VariQselect Cross-cultivation drive

Weed control with soil disruption through hoeing. This interrupts the capillary action of the weeds, causing the plants to die. The system, equipped with integrated sensors, detects the size and position of the crop plant and automatically adjusts the gripping movement to avoid damaging or soiling the plant. The cross-cultivation drive VariQselect is available in both hydraulic and electric versions. Both models are available as applications for con- ventional hoeing machines and hoeing robots.
