Waldemar Scholl has already celebrated his 20th company anniversary on 18 February, while Peter Zelmer's company anniversary has taken place on 1 February.

Zelmer works in Conventional Turning Technology department and is one of our most experienced specialists who produce single pieces and small series of the highest quality with conventional lathes.

Waldemar Scholl from the Honing department is one of the longest-serving employees in the Superfinishing department. At the same time, he is the head of the “Scholl Team” at IWN. Currently, five of his sons work for us. Two are still in training, three have already successfully completed their training as cutting machine operators at IWN.

Recruiting new talents is much easier when you have a big family full of cutting machine operators on your team!

During the photo session in the Turning Technology department, Managing Director Reinhold Schulte and Team Coach Sven Koppitsch presented the two jubilarians with bouquets of flowers and bonus letters thanking them for a total of 45 years of loyalty to our company.
