For Georg Priebisch, it was the last official working day at IWN, he took the remaining days off until February. Georg Priebisch (not seen in the photo) had been working for IWN since 2005. For twelve years, he worked in the conventional turning shop and changed internally to the deburring department in 2017.

Nedim Aytar (right) was employed with IWN even five years longer. He had already been working on the band saws in the logistics department since March 2000. Their colleague Aytar has been on disability for some time, but fortunately was able to attend his farewell in person.

Managing Director Reinhold Schulte (left) and team coach Sven Koppitsch (not seen in the photo) came together to transfer their team members to retirement in a befitting manner.

To sweeten their farewell from working life, both retirees received large gift baskets with selected delicacies. During the photo session and the accompanying conversations, they both recalled the good old days and shared professional companions.
