New milling-turning centre

IWN continues to invest heavily in optimising its machine park. The latest addition to our machine family is the STAMA MT 733 two.

This is a latest generation milling-turning centre that allows us to machine all six sides of a workpiece in a single work cycle.

The MT 733 two offers two milling spindles and two turning spindles and thus enables 5-axis 6-side machining in parallel time. In this way, we can produce highly complex workpieces according to individual customer requirements in the highest quality and precision - using only a single milling-turning centre. Machining takes place in parallel two work spaces. The workpieces are fed automatically from the left and are removed (also automatically) to the right.

Metal blanks in the form of bar stock, saw cuttings, semi-finished products, and cast parts are processed by the STAMA MT 733 two. The machine operator has free access to both of the two adjacent work areas at the front. The Siemens control system is optimised for context-sensitive provision of information and menu navigation. The STAMA MT 733 two also offers a uniform and cross-control function range.

The comprehensive SmartLine Programme makes a further improvement of our production digitalisation possible.
