Alanis-Sarah Rajchel rolled out the “Set-up” project in the company, the aim of which is to create more transparent, uniform set-up processes with clear responsibilities in order to bring about faster, customer-oriented and more economical production.
Kerem Yesil took care of the project “Digitalisation of Maintenance”. Among other things, he was a competent driver and source of ideas for the successful upgrade of the IWN-internal platform for digital cooperation “Info Data Base (IDB)”.
The Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences deservedly graded both Bachelor's theses with a “very good”. IWN would like to thank both bachelor students for an extraordinarily good cooperation, their motivated commitment and their strong impulses for improvement. We wish Ms Rajchel and Mr Yesil only the best for their future professional and private lives.
