Seven apprentices started their apprenticeship at IWN on 1 August. In addition to four prospective cutting machine operators and a future industrial clerk, we are training a technical product designer and a young man as a warehouse logistics specialist for the first time.

The first day of work was varied for our seven young talents. After the morning welcome by the instructors and the handover of the IWN starter packages, a tour of the company with integrated safety briefing followed. Afterwards, the new apprentices completed some e-learning courses. This was followed by the fitting of the new IWN workwear and a photo session with trainers and management. The end of the day was well deserved after this day full of new impressions.
