After a morning safety briefing and subsequent company tour with Bastian Höhne, the teenagers from the 7th and 8th grades of various schools switched to the areas of process development, turning technology, marketing, assembly, IS and AAZ from about 9:30 a.m. onwards.

For three hours, the colleagues in the departments gave Melina, Nomi, Zoe and Laura their first insights into everyday working life at IWN. 

During a one-hour lunch break with pizza and soft drinks, the four had the opportunity to ask their colleagues Celine Warkentin and Nathalie Hantke many questions.
This was followed by a presentation about the different professions at IWN. At about 2:15 p.m., Girls' Day 2024 ended.
