Tobias Kassen, David Scholl and Sergej Kakuschin began their professional training as cutting machine operators on August 1st, 2013 and have remained loyal to IWN ever since.
André Vonnahme and Ekrem Akinci (unable to attend the photo session, therefore not in the picture) started in July 2013 as qualified specialists.

The five jubilees received culinary gift baskets and a personal letter of thanks as a thank you for their years of loyalty to the company.
