Two of our cutting machine operator trainees successfully completed their training in June and are now journeymen.
Both have been able to shorten their training period thanks to good performance. Marc Prester shortened by half a year, Arlind Mekaj even saved one and a half years of the actually three-and-a-half-year standard training period with a lot of diligence and initiative. At today's photo session, Managing Director Bernd Brinkmann, Production Manager Christian Schneider and HR Officer Stefan Schreiber congratulated the two on their outstanding achievements
As a souvenir of their apprenticeship years at IWN, they presented the newcomers with high-quality Leatherman multitools.
Marc Prester has decided to move to another employer. Arlind Mekaj has been taken on by IWN as a permanent employee in our milling technology division.
