The Marien school of the der Ursulins in Bielefeld hosted the BERUFSPARCOURS event series for the first time. For IWN it was already the fifth participation. This time, around 270 students from the 9th and 10th grades took part. 

IWN greatly appreciates the practice-oriented concept of the BERUFSPARCOURS event series, which is why we have participated several times. At the BERUFSPARCOURS events, we provide the students with practical tasks from the professional fields of cutting machine operators (m/f/d) and industrial clerks.

With the EVENT CONCEPT BERUFSPARCOURS, the students have ample opportunity to ask our trainees about their career and their everyday working life. In addition, you can apply directly on site for a multi-day internship, an internship lasting several weeks in 2022 or an apprenticeship for 2023.

The Minden-Lübbecke Technical Centre has developed the BERUFSPARCOURS system in order to bring together around 20-30 companies with around 400 pupils in a practice-oriented event format in one morning. The companies present work samples, which are "tested" in the course by the young people (grades 9-10).

The BERUFSPARCOURS is funded by the Regional Directorate NRW (the Federal Employment Agency), the network SCHULEWIRTSCHAFT NRW in the Bildungswerk der Nordrhein-Westfälische Wirtschaft, the TalentMetropole Ruhr.
