The 27 students were accompanied by two teachers. After a short safety briefing at the beginning, the young people split into two groups of about equal size, a boys' and a girls' group.

Christoph Schulte and Bastian Höhne led the two groups through the entire company. Following the company tour, the young people received information about the products IWN manufactures and the different professions as well as training and career opportunities available at IWN. The students used the final Q&A session to ask questions extensively.
