The trained truck mechanic joined the team in 2001. With sixteen years of grinding experience with his previous employer, he was actually scheduled to work at IWN as a skilled worker on the very first grinding machines IWN wanted to purchase at the time.

But sometimes things turn out differently than expected. The first grinding machines were installed a little later after all. Stüssel, meanwhile, developed into an expert in honing. He has now remained dedicated to honing machines for 20 years and is now considered one of our most competent honing specialists in the company.
