Nick Penner has been working for IWN since December 2020. First as a working student in the field of personnel development, where he helped to supervise the redesign of our onboarding processes.

Since 2022 he has been active as a master's student. In his master's thesis, Nick Penner dealt with the development of a concept for the management and control of internal processes, within the framework of corporate planning, with the help of key figures for the automotive segment.

The master thesis was supervised by our managing director Bernd Brinkmann. We wish Nick Penner all the best for his professional and private future!
