Johann Martschuk started as a temp in 2013 after graduating from high school and got to know almost all departments at IWN in his first months. Shortly thereafter, he started a practice-integrated course of study in production logistics with a focus on assembly at TH OWL and worked in logistics at IWN during this time.

After his studies, he worked for about two years as a team coach for assembly. In 2019 he moved to the field of work preparation / industrial engineering.

Johann Martschuk emphasizes that he particularly appreciates IWN that there are always exciting challenges. What he likes about his job is communication with colleagues - often also persuading people to try new things. Reinhold Schulte and Christoph Schulte congratulated the jubilarian today on behalf of the entire IWN team on the anniversary and presented him with a gift basket.
