Master thesis by Daniel Sehrbrock

On Thursday we said goodbye to Daniel Sehrbrock, for a very pleasant reason.

The master student had his colloquium with Prof. Dr.-Ing. Andreas Breuer from the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the TH OWL and Oliver Wortmann Head of Design IWN. This final discussion confirmed the very good impression of his master's thesis – Sehrbrock received the final grade 1.3.

Daniel Sehrbrock has been working for IWN since the beginning of February. First as part of a study project, from which his master's thesis was built in June. As a master's thesis project, the 24-year-old from Paderborn developed a test bench for various bus door drives.

The newly developed test bench enables an individual simulation of the loads without setting up a complete door system. With the help of the test bench, the IWN drives can be individually loaded flexibly. For example, it is possible to simulate an extreme situation or a long-term endurance run.
The IWN team congratulates Daniel Sehrbrock on this very successful graduation. We wish him all the best for his private and professional future.
