When the quiet phase of partial retirement begins

Peter Zelmer from conventional turning technology had his last day at work today in a long professional life.

The colleague was just celebrated in February for 25 years of loyalty to IWN companies.

The next few weeks he enjoys his remaining vacation, after which he starts the work-free phase of his partial retirement. For his farewell today, shift manager Thomas Hermann, production managers Matthias Buschkamp and Christian Schneider, production manager Andreas Peters and managing director Reinhold Schulte came together to say goodbye to such a long-standing employee.

Peter Zelmer emphasized that he will certainly not get bored in retirement, because he has a large family. For him as a father and grandfather, there is always something to do.
Part of Peter Zelmer's family was also with us today to pick him up from his working life and to sweeten his transition to retirement.
