The Girls Day is a nationwide day of action in which girls are introduced to technical and craft professions, i.e. apparent male professions, far away from all gender clichés.
Today we had five girls from the 7th to 9th grade as guests. After a short management of the company, sponsors took over the supervision of the girls in the areas of turning technology, milling technology and logistics.

At lunchtime there was pizza for everyone and the five girls were able to ask our "STEM mentors of the day" Therese Volley and Jennifer Dyck questions. After a final company presentation, an exciting Girls Day ended at 2 p.m.
