Andreas Peters is an expert with a high level of theoretical and practical knowledge and has gained professional experience in many responsible positions. He began his career with a classical vocational training as an industrial mechanic and continued his training as a cutting machine operator while working. Also on a day-release basis, he completed a degree in mechanical engineering at the University of Applied Sciences in Lemgo. Later, he continued his studies in the field of production engineering at the University of Paderborn.

The father of four children has already worked as a vocational school teacher and as a development engineer during his career. At Parker Hannifin he worked for several years as a manufacturing engineer. In recent years, he has been the production manager at Schaeffler, which is an industrial and automotive supplier.
