Axel Steinmann (front left) from Tool Provision started his job at IWN exactly 20 years ago. Peter Kock (front right) from Turning Technology has been with IWN even longer. On 15 March 2022, he celebrated his 25th anniversary with the company.

Production Manager Andreas Peters and Managing Director Reinhold Schulte honored both colleagues for their many years of reliable service. Reinhold Schulte emphasized: “Spring 2022 shows: our employee retention works. Since January, we have been able to celebrate the anniversaries of seven skilled workers who have been with us for 20 or even 25 years. I am very proud of their loyalty to our company.”
