For the above reason, we have continuously invested in our department Measuring Technology and Quality Control, and will continue to do so in the future. Our measuring shop is equipped with the latest machinery currently available in the market. Furthermore, our employees have developed and integrated in the process their own, very efficient measuring processes, in close cooperation with the respective suppliers.

As far as quality control is concerned, we can say that we do entirely without any quality department in the conventional sense. Each employee is personally responsible for his/her quality. Respective test/inspection instructions are prepared specific to the component, and the employees working on the machines monitor their quality themselves. To do so, they not only have every conceivable type of measuring equipment available, but also our measuring lab works as a 'service provider' and measures all measuring data for the employees that cannot be obtained at their work places.
The results of the measuring protocols are evaluated by the individual employees. And you, too, decide on the next steps that might have to be initiated.

These measures guarantee extremely high precision and quality with maximum process reliability.

Manufacturing a turned part of high precision is not the problem; producing 200,000 turned parts and more with a consistent precision and process reliability, that is the challenge.
