Deburring Technology

Amongst others, our components are deburred using a modern thermal deburring method (TDM).

This method is particularly suitable to remove thin, areal burrs, both from the inside and outside surfaces of the workpiece.
The TDM process flame-removes the burr by a pressure and temperature surge as a result of a subcritical gas combustion in a sturdy reaction chamber. This process only removes the burrs themselves without leading to flattening or even rounding of the burr root. This method is, above all, suitable for burrs that show a certain uniformity and, due to their position, cannot be removed by other methods.
